Blackberry and NTP had settled for 450mill. then judge says no. Now their talking over a billion. And blackberry has a little over 3mill. customers. Like I have said before I have never seen such low settlement numbers for major patent infringement on 3 of our most valuable patents against a 200 billion dollar yearly industry and we got 13mill dollars give me a freaking break. Ptsc /tpl are a joke period. The only way this thing gets turned around is a jury trial and we get a billion from the big four jap. company. Time is running out fast on this story. And really the guy to blame in this whole mess is good old Chuck Moore. because he clearly stated that he never wanted to persue these patents. he wished that they would have remained on the self.
