I am not sure about anyone else but barring a disappointing settle dollar amount, this the first peice of monetary good news we have had in months. I wonder who the next settlement will be with, assuming there may be one?

I would think a few million would at least be the nuisance value compared to the potental liability...

Trouble is, the settlement will get diced up like a pumpkin pie at Thanskgiving so we need multiple settlements to make it worth while.

I am starting to feel thaat little tingle!
