One can only assume that PTSC's ongoing refusal to name the independent member of the PDS triumvirate is because said person demanded it not be disclosed and thus, for whatever reason, does not want public association with PDS, implying he or she is somewhat ashamed of the position. This is the person whose stipend is paid by PDS and thus 50% by PTSC, using our money.

In a way, this person is the most powerful of all in this sorry saga. Maybe he or she can be required to testify in one of the upcoming courts (MMP or BK) so the name goes on the record.
