Why do you think that Mayer& Hoffman quit? I was wondering if it had something to do with our extension--it must have been very time consuming for them. Maybe our new finace guy did not like the quality of work that M&H performed. It was a strange time for that to happen--just before the Wall Street presentation. Does Corbin & Co. keep the books for TPL or the Newco? TIA, ads
