Reverse engineering data (work documents) not delivered, so breach of contract,

...but one or more licenses from the "split infinger list", the "Alliacense list", to be closed soon?

Possible result: No money for Alliacense, litigation to get all work documents against payment, change of driver in the seat, PDS#3
