I took the liberty of writing to Mr. Otteson to ask if he is the third member. He was gracious enough to respond that he is NOT the third member.

He also had some encouraging words about the new law firm and did say that he believes there is still a lot of money to be made in the program.

I remain hopeful that Cliff and the others can move this thing along to a higher shareprice and/or a dividend in my life time :)
