The new law firm is representing PDS, while Hoge remains with PTSC and DL has "B" something....
Who is leading the case now? And how are the three attorneys/firms coordinating their efforts??? To me there is a shift in attitude and approach as I read the document. I feel it is more of a power house approach! And I did note that Banys and Gilbert are based in Palo Alto.... a bit of Silicon Valley perspective!
