Question... Who thinks that the PTSC case drove Agility into the ground?

And possibly, quite possibly, could Otteson become the third member now that Agility liquidated? Or will Otteson be brough into Bumgardner at some point in time?

Ron - maybe you can answer this... Does the fact that the NDOC ruling in favor of PTSC came before the ITC ruling against PTSC favor PTSC as opposed to if the ITC ruling came after the NDOC ruling? Thanks...
