Can a heading like this make it seem that we are trading at .05 ?

Would someone tell me who is the 3rd member of PDS ? Wait, that's our BOD's job. Then again maybe it's their job to not tell us..... yet... for some reason that only they know.

So a 3rd person is now on the PDS board. Could that be a reason to be trading at .05 or not?

We have a new legal team working for us. That appeals to me because a new broom sweeps clean as they say! Could that be a reason to be trading at .05 or not?

So much uncertainty is what is holding us back IMO. And then again if we knew certain things for certain we could be trading lower.

The reality is we are trading here just under .04 which is either a bargain or not. I can't imagine Gloria saying " Well, you had your chance to get out at .04!" If things go our way for PTSC I would like to think at a future SHM Gloria would be saying "Well, you had your chance to get in at .04". That is just a dream and yet I keep wondering who is buying these shares anyway?
