I looked there too. No mention of dissolving. Otterson started the firm. Is he leaving or starting another? Just a thought or reminder, didn't Otterson work for DL too? I mean he showed up at the SHM. Always seemed a conflict of interest there IMO. Yet he seemed able to comunicate with and bring together all the parties involved. So now we have a new law group that works only for us. That seems a positive, especially reading there mission statement.

Also just a wild thought, could Otteson be the 3rd person on the PDS board? He has many qualifications, but would he even want to be there? The whole thing is strange ... so far... need more info.
