You need to scroll way down to "Cash Receipts" and look in lines 7-11. There you will see a line "PDS Distribution" which is $0 for both Jan and Feb. Case to date is $793,371. Would be it be unreasoable to infer that any values here would have been mirrored in payments to PTSC by PDS?
