B) Lists handed over to PTSC/Dominion to decide which one to take? See A)

C) Lists published for public usage? Not that i know of

D) How Alliacense AND Dominion utilize dual path? See A)+B)+PTSC did NOT object the joint plan

E) Overseeing all licensing, Otteson or TPL only? It´s a PDS job with the new third member IMO.
