I must have missed the part about resolving the Trustee's concerns. That was my last hope. "Rubber stamps" and "Business as usual" now, I suppose. How sickening. Maybe the the Judge can still play a winner - what if he made Leckrone pay TPL back for all the assets he apparently moved out of TPL to his other companies before TPL filed for Bankruptcy? That alone would pay off most if not all of the debts.
