Let me ask, just what was negotiated by the Browns and the Trustee. Do you think they sold out or stood some sort of ground? Individually or as a team of two ( plus who ever they represent ? )

On the other hand what credibility is there to anything that is negotiated with DL. But then again he is not negotiating alone, he has the eyes of the court and others on his moves this round! If he gives them the slip this time it seems it would be for money or stupidity, IMO. ( both are always possible? )

And I would believe the judge has the final say as a matter of the name "judge" and what it means. The judge is the conductor, all else are the orchestra players, IMO.
