Everything seems fine now with the Joint Plan but Moore.
His lawyer informs the Court Moore wants to object the Plan and demands a further hearing. The written objection wil be filed until February, 25th.
Issue still are those $30mio Leckrone owes Moore which would - if accepted - Moore make a creditor and allow him to object the Plan.
IMO this claim from Moore was rejected last year by the Judge because of the contract between Moore and Leckrone from 2012 where Moore waived this sum in return of things which never happened from Moore's point of view.
But of course I'm not a legal expert hence I can't tell if Moore's proposal has merit.
If yes, it would delay the whole process of confirmation (the Plan) and re-start licensing.
Maybe Ron can shed some light on this.
