Only a WAG here,BUT Lecky says to his creditors that they will get the FULL amount of what they claim is owed to them.

If this is how it comes down, AND the funds that he CAN use do NOT include Patriot's share,,(one half of what PDS gets,[after some hanky panky by DL],), then there should be some money "LEFT OVER", for US..

It seems that the "TRUSTEE" is taking HIS 'JOB',seriously, SO that might BODE WELL for us.
