I always thought it's only a milion TPL owed PTSC but now there are two ballots, one for the known claim of $1,004,500 and another for $2,173,813.50, both originally filed on July 18th 2013.

Did I miss anything and can someone please explain where these two millions come from?

Referring to my yesterday's post one could conclude that PTSC has finally received the lists of TPL/Alliacense - otherwise they wouldn't have agreed to the Joint Plan.
I really hope there is no negative surprise in the hearing next week with PTSC complaining they still didn't get the lists ...
