Ron, Iassume your post was directed toward me. I think I and most others here are very aware of "these very basic concepts". Ok, the numbers are not going to be announced. I understand. The point of my posts, however, and I think it was clear....and although it may be redundant was why could Ptsc not take advantage of another pr announcing a license purchase by HTC. They could have incorporated a whole bunch of positive lingo,like Alliacense, proclaiming a new aggressive licensing campaign etc.

Just for sh*** and giggles. Down the road, do you think PTSC should stick with settlement phraseology and Alliacense should announce the purchase of a license? If and when Dominion is successful in a negotiation, do you think both Patriot and Dominion will announce. After all, Dominion has a right to advertise their successes, as well.
