The first time I read this sentence in the press releases of Alliacense re: the MMP:

"Alliacense announced today that it has successfully negotiated an MMP Portfolio license agreement for HTC Corporation."

Is this an attempt to strengthen their position against a potential action by PDS against them now the third PDS member has been appointed (as PTSC says in its 10Q):

"We expect the appointment of the independent managing member to PDS will enable the PDS Management Committee to take action as required to resolve this matter."
