As long anticipated, TPL looks to be leveraging a potential conversion to Chap 7 liquidation unless the Creditor's committee supports his plan.

Seems to me that... This threat is intended to divide the Creditors, with the Trade and most all Class claims being willing to support whatever TPL's plan is, least they end up with zero chance of any recovery. I would think (hope) that PTSC & Moore will strongly oppose the TPL plan and force DL's hand to actually convert to a Chap 7 petition; as this would present an opportunity to have TPL's MMP interest stripped and contractually awarded to PTSC.

Got to begrudgingly respect DL, he fights to the very end.... imagine if he would have handled the potential of the MMP with as much grit and determination.
