Glad to see it. Keep things on schedule. If parties reach agreement, nothing lost or delayed in the next few weeks. If parties do not reach agreement (bk history is a guide here), delays in the appeal process will be minimal. And, a final decision may be made in the near future by the appeals court, good or bad for us.
