the price varies by the day and mostly by the news known by the public. But look at the stock volume and activity since the 17th when volume was about a million shares. ( I know that is not much dollar wise but it is way more than the average volume ). There must have been some reason for the increase of volume and price. Who knew about this news or settlement and when? Looks to me like there was knowledge by a few on the 17th.

Another interesting thing to me is that even with the idea of selling for tax benefit strategy the stock moved up. Why are shares going up on higher volume? As near as I can see the there have been 9 days of buying on higher volume and 2 days of selling on lower volume.

What does that all mean? Accumulation by some for some reason? Just what is in the settlement? I also am wondering if this settlement is somehow linked or tied to the TPL BK??? Just days before the end of this year and weeks before more court rulings.
