A settlement days before a possible verdict is a compromise for both sides which not necessarily means a bad thing to me.

If the benefits for our side offset the potential disadvantage of a missing verdict by the Appeal Court (of course only in case it would have been positive for us) for the prospective negotiations with other infringers I'm very happy with a settlement.

It seems the agony could end within the next six weeks, not to say shareprice will explode as long as we don't see significant revenue on PTSC's account but at least the unsecurity regarding this pending litigation has come to an end and hopefully the BK plan will minimize any "Leckrone influence".
