They had no idea that they would have ended up with such a banded group of shareholders such as ourselves. I would like to say intelligent also but I guess that now that is in question. We need to keep the pressure on by whatever means possible.

Let's see what next week has in store once the judge rules on 12/19; if in fact he rules on that day.

I really do think hope exists and all this preliminary work gets out of the way. Let's determine ownership and get this on its way. There can be no signings/revenue until all this BS is settled. I have not given up hope as of yet!
