If our BoD is not completely a scam set up to fleece the business...then they would come out with some communication trying to explain the situation and the effects it will have on share value.

If they don't mention anything or just make some very vague statements you can be asured that this company is a complete scam.

I'm hoping for something with direction and ambition...but forgive me for being cynical I've just been spit on by these people for the last 15 years.
