And that will make him and his legal team all the more dedicated to getting his own plan enacted. I am grateful that he and his team have our/shareholders support. I hope the judge can see through the games. The wording and intent only make me more aware that the BOD aren't even listening or acknowledging the shareholders' wishes (not new). I wonder how they are explaining the shareholder letter to the judge? Hopefully the judge doesn't need and explaination.
