Hopefully the judge is as aware as you and can see through the ploy.... One thing the judge has that you and the rest of us don't have is more information provided and unearthed from the court proceedings that have not been made public.

We can all see how much this big news has moved the share price today! Big move to the upside and on really huge volume, LOL. It's about as much of a move as a few weeks ago DL inked a license deal ( to paint a pretty picture for the court ) ......
