Did PTSC shareholders via Ron's Open Letter to Officers and Board of Directors finally push the right button.

The letter is dated Sept. 18 which means that I'm guessing that Patriot received it in time for attorney Charles to file Patriot's Objection to Joint Disclosure Statement on Oct. 1 (a day before Moore's hearing).

Is Patriot on board with Moore's plan or is it just another CYA move on their part to file their opposition to the Joint Plan a day before the Judge may have read the letter, had he received in time for the Oct. 2 hearing.
