Based on the poor volume, one could to guess that few if any following this board are purchasing anything and/or averaging down with the current lower share prices. (holding out for still lower share prices, perhaps?)

The market makers are managing the price and its direction and will (presumably) allow it to run up only with solid, verifiable and postive news (e.g. an end to the endless litigation and/or bump in licensing) That said, they may well (will likley?) pull back on the leash if it they think it is getting beyond their control.
