Well, there is trading and that means though some are selling, it also means that some are buying. Those buying could be the mm's replentishing their supplies of shares. It could be shorts who are covering. It could be shorts who are shorting even more... but I can't imagine who would short PTSC at this price! It could be some who know what is coming and therefore are buying/accumulating.

I still have to wonder who owns the 400 million shares plus outstanding??? And I wonder how many shares are or have been shorted??? None the less shares are being purchased by buyers of some sort for some reason.
