According to my experience, judges do have an opinion in back of their head as to who is wrong. As only the 'hugry baby cries', they do read and give weight if the party seriously affected by a lawsuit writes from their heart with proofs.

I have done it twice with a note at the end " i get chills at the thought that any judge will decide against me"

I won both times.
