of stagnant pricing in hopes for something positive happening at some point (would love to see dividends). Might not be smart on my part (perhaps even downright foolish) but it is at least slowly bringing me a bit closer to the surface in the event something good does happen. Have to guess that I am either alone or in a very small cohort among posters here in that regard given the tone of ongoing conversations. GLTA
