Well what TPL "believes" and what actually happens is suspect IMO! I don't buy it. I see it as just more wording for the court, so that their group can get what he/they want. I have heard DL talk a big story at several SHM and we have done nothing but fall apart in a downward spiral. He is has been so full of hot air... where does it all come from?I really don't care. I just continue to visualize our business to be free of his entanglements.

Here is a line that is a more factual statement and one I can agree with: TPL believes that the negative impact to revenue of not having a confirmed Plan will continue until a Plan has been confirmed and an Effective Date set."

Is that a statement or a threat that nothing is going to happen until their plan is approved??? Makes me wonder.
