knowingly purchasing a license that was not "his" to sell at such a rediculous price when he was supposed to be representing the owners of the MMP to get the highest price. Don't tell me that DL is the only party that might be investigated.

Someone offers to sell you 10 cars and 9 of them are junkers. The 10th car is a Bugatti Veyron Super Sport valued at $2.4 million. And the offering price is $1.5 million for all 10. You offer about $900K and the seller needs money and takes the offer. You both know the value is way more and each knows there is a reason for the low price, but as a gentlemans agreement neither asks the "why" question. How convenient... untill they are standing before a judge. Sort of like the MMP story of DL and AAPL???? I wonder what the judge thinks?? I wonder what influenced and encouraged CM to come up with his own plan?

And this is just what we can see was the deal. What part of the deal have we not seen??!!

What is the most expensive car in the world? With a sticker price of $2.4 million, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is the most expensive car in the world. What do you get for $2.4 million? The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is not only the most expensive car in the world, it's also one of the fastest street legal production cars on the planet with a 0-60 acceleration of 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 267.8 miles per hour. The Super Sport takes the standard Veyron and increases horsepower from 1000 to 1200, increases torque to 1500 and adds a custom aerodynamic design that allows the super car to absolutely shatter all production car top speed records. The Bugatti Super Sport is so fast that the manufacturers were forced to put an electronically controlled speed limit on the 16-cylinder engine because when it breaks 258 miles per hour, the tires disintegrate! The Bugatti Super Sport was first revealed at the 2010 Concours d'Elegance in Pebble Beach California and production of the vehicle will be kept at a strict limit of 30 cars total.

The second most expensive car in the world is the $2.2 million Lamborghini Sesto Elemento. The Sesto Elemento was never meant to be more than a concept car, but Lamborghini recently announced it would produce an extremely rare run of 20. "Sesto Elemento" means "Sixth Element" in Italian and is named because the car is made up almost entirely of carbon fiber. This is the lightest Lambo ever produced and can go from 0-60 in 2.6 seconds with a top speed of 217 MPH thanks to its 570 horsepower V10 engine. Unfortunately, the Sesto Elemento is not street legal in the U.S. or Europe.

The third most expensive car in the world is the Ferrari 599XX with a price tag of $2 million. The Ferrari 599XX is not technically street legal yet either so you may want to keep holding out for a Super Sport to pop up for sale. And if you'd like to own the most expensive car ever sold at auction you would be looking at the 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa. On August 21st, 2011 an anonymous buyer spent a world record $16.39 million on a Ferrari 250 GTO. Ferrari GTOs take up the top three slots on the most expensive auto auctions of all time, followed by a 1931 Duesenberg Model J and a 1931 Bugatti Royale.
