Why do they have 920K shares, is this the change you refer to?

If so I found the info on some of their equity research team. Are they the ones who decided to invest in almost a million shares? Why? Is this the total or have they bought or sold more since the report you cite?

How would they know of PTSC? I noticed in a PR that JMS has two new hires. Is a recent aquisition part of their knowledge of PTSC?
