My original post from July...
"The debtor and the committee have reached an agreement and will be filing a joint Plan and disclosure statement by Aug. 8 for a hearing on Aug. 21 at 3pm.
Any objections are due Aug. 15.
They are looking at Sept. 17 as a possible date for confirmation"

Let's hope the Judge at least keeps them to the 9/17 deadline.
