Vringo confirms adverse ruling in I/P Engine v. Google et.al. at Court of Appeals for the Federal District (stock halted)

Co confirmed that the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit reversed the jury's verdict and held that the asserted claims of the patents-in-suit in the co's wholly- owned subsidiary I/P Engine's litigation against AOL (AOL), Google (GOOG) et al. are invalid for obviousness. The co is evaluating its options with respect to the case.
