"My primary concern is that they save enough money to ensure that we don't have any need to go back to the poisoned well,where we previously got our needs met..

I am inclined to believe that at that time there was a 'concerted/deliberate', effort to increase , the number of shares outstanding to fatten the 'CROP',that was subsequently harvested.

I doubt that they would be so brazen as to repeat that scenario, HOWEVER..there would be, IMO, a possible BONANZA that might be tempting enough, to go for it.
