From a post by our old friend TUCCI, there has been an additional 450 notices sent out to ALLEDGED infringers..

Once this irrational/obnoxious, bottleneck is relieved/reduced sufficiently,we should, (undoubtedly) ,see the resumption of signings...IMO..
