This is done to sever the trails of GREED and DECEPTION and make it virtually impossible to trace the corrupt pathways, in pursuit of the truth,,"AND" the LOOT...

ES and CJ could very well have an egregious plan, similar to how the "Fleecing" of the Licensing proceeds from the Patriot S/H's was accomplished.. ..

Pohl abruptly abandoned his cushy position with Patriot, only to resurface in another ES arranged Position, where he has significant influence on where any money will go..

These guys are accustomed to playing "Musical chairs", and pushing the limits of integrity/Lawfulness, in pursuit of money..
