I think Swamy is loyal to Swamy. The Creditor's Committee challeged Swamy's security interest in Core Flash for which he claims over $5 million. They went on to say that they believe the obligation is that of DL and not TPL to pay Swamy. We don't know yet how this was resolved (if at all)

My concern is: How strong a team CJ and Swamy will be in ensuring that the negotiations, by Alliacense and the new Patriot licensing entity, of MMP licenses will be for more than the reduced fees that TPL had been willing to take.
