Amended Alliacense Services & Novation Agreement

Alliacense had said it was owed $2,214,189 for past services and advances. This new agreement resolves all of those claims in dispute.

Alliacense is now going to receive approx $600,000+ (I didn't write down the exact number)

NO more quarterly advances

Regarding Agility's fee agreement. Agility will share in future MMP licensing proceeds on specified terms and potential future MMP patent infringement litigation.
