Perhaps an 8K filing soon

On or about July 24 2012 Patriot announced a new agreement with Alliacense. Three days later an 8K was filed with the SEC.

I am guessing that we should see an 8k in the next day or too. Perhaps we can learn more about the nature of the agreement from that filing.
