I believe that Chuck is now 'OUT of the MMP mess for good' ...

He is definitely still involved in the TPL BK and I very much doubt would have given up rights to future license income. I do wonder whether he still gets a stipend from PDS resulting from, I believe, the 2012 "settlement" between PTSC and TPL.
