That's as good a guess as any, in my opinion..

There is always some one who gets the,"NEWS", before the rest..

Maybe they are acting on what they learned..

Perhaps that large initial volume early-on was a PTSC buy-back move..

In any case I am inclined to go along with your sentiment..
