Well, is what happened today ( now yesterday) in court a "material event"? Shareholders must be informed of "material events". Now as to the time frame of informing the shareholders I do not know.

I predict that what ever information the BOD gives us, it will be to a minimum and not revealed until the time limit mandated is about to expire.

I also predict that someone from agoracom will post the info before the BOD.
