Perhaps a hybrid legal fee makes the most sense because of terms of a BK settlement?

Is a "contingency fee" payment ever the way a lawyer wants to get paid if they are working for a administrative bankruptcy trust? I would think payment by the hour would be the standard.

Could this mean there is, or could soon be, a BK arrangement and administrative trust announced?

Contingency for the MMP and per hour for the BK?
