I think it's a hail mary pass since we have a court ruling which trumps the ITC. To have won in court, then HTC denied one appeal and now on to the Federal appeal hoping they will consider ITC ruling has no merit.

If we were to lose this it would be due to someone getting paid off by HTC and/or others
