My reading was that Agility would pursue INFRINGERS, and I did NOT see anything that directly involved Agility in the BK proceedings...

As an ASIDE, it seems that Leckrone wants to involve as many Law Firms as he can in his BK..

(Is he trying to exhaust the pool of available candidates who might be enlisted against him?)

When will Leckrone perform those duties that were spelled out in OUR (PTSC's) original agreement with him..AND why do we now find ourselves,,"DEEP in the WEEDS....FAR astray from what he/we agreed to DO.???
