Yes, why this announcement now? Why not last month? The HTC settlement/win was "long ago" relatively speaking. Interesting that it comes just 9 days before the 3rd of July....

We may know before the 3rd or on the 3rd. Then again maybe nothing. My hunch is something is in the works because of the announcement now and Otterson signing on ( no matter how he is getting paid ). GLTAL

At least the share price moved up, if that can mean anything? What do the mm's know or hear?
